Refund policy

Items purchased are applicable for exchange only and are accepted within 14 days from receipt. Please note there is a $10 restocking fee for all exchanges. If the item or case has been written on, personalized, worn, show any signs of dirt, or are otherwise not in restockable condition, we cannot process the exchange. The item will be sent back to the customer at customer expense.

Can I exchange an item that wasn't purchased through your website?

Only items bought directly from Nfinity.com or an Nfinity Representative can be exchanged by Nfinity. Any items purchased through a third party (i.e. Amazon, GTM, etc.) must be returned to that vendor.

Can I return an item?

No, all items purchased are available for exchange only, with the exception of defective merchandise. Please go to ur RETURNS PORTAL to process an exchange.

How long does it take for my exchange to be processed?

It can take up to 5 business days for your return to reach the Nfinity office, depending on your location. Once the item is received and inspected your exchange will be processed and your new item will be sent. Please allow 3 business days from the time your item is received for the exchange to be processed.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method, such as FedEx or UPS, to mail your return and make sure you save your tracking number. Please include your sales order number in your package or we will not be able to process your exchange.
